With more than thirty years experience in finance and energy, Mr. King has completed more than $25 billion of equity and debt investments across six continents acting both in a proprietary capacity and for many of the world's most prominent energy and infrastructure companies. He has provided path-finding leadership in structured debt financings leading to solar energy ABS and was an early investor in and proponent of PACE financing. Mr. King recently launched and serves as President of the Borincana Foundation. Mr. King is also Managing Partner of CrossRiver Capital and was a Founding Partner of US Renewables Group, the first private equity group focused solely on renewable power, bio-fuels/chemicals, and related infrastructure.

Edward May is the Managing Partner at Energy Intelligence Partners. He is an experienced energy executive with +15 years in private equity and investment banking, as well as project development, plant operations and management. In addition to significant experience in renewable energy, a deep understanding of distributed generation and energy storage, including grid impacts, business models and technoeconomic modeling.
Robert Bowen has approximately 30 years of experience in commercial and investment banking, primarily with major international firms, dealing with utility, oil and gas, and independent power companies. He has been involved in financings totaling over $30 billion, including both corporate and project financings, both domestically and internationally. Mr. Bowen has significant experience in dealing with start-up and developing companies as many of the projects in the independent power space involved start-ups and single purpose companies. Upon leaving Wall Street, Mr. Bowen spent two years as a consultant to the Department of Energy Loan Guarantee Program focusing on utility scale solar power projects. For the last seven years, Mr. Bowen has worked as a consultant to a private equity firm focused on US based energy investments and has been developing distributed generation solar projects in Nigeria and Ghana.

José Humberto Román
José is the Principal of Ximmena LLC. He is the former Chairman and CEO of the Puerto Rico Energy Commission (now called the Puerto Rico Energy Bureau) and was one of the inaugural Associate Commissioners when the energy regulatory body was first formed in 2014. He is an expert on the energy system in Puerto Rico, including interconnection requirements and micro-grid development rules. José has over 20 years experience as a Professional Engineer with advanced degrees in Electric Power Systems from the University of Puerto Rico and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

She is and innovative, results-centered, and internationally experienced project/program manager with a 13+ year record developing and supporting successful projects on behalf of The World Bank, Power Africa, and private/public sector organizations.
