What is SOLar operations leaders ?
Solar Operation Leaders (SOL) is a comprehensive program designed to train leaders in solar operations through technical and practical education. Through a combination of in-depth technical education and practical training, participants gain the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the rapidly growing solar energy industry.
Our courses are designed to offer:
Skills and competencies to tackle the challenges and opportunities of the solar energy sector, with a leadership perspective on renewable energy projects.
Technical knowledge and strategic vision, along with the management skills needed to drive the transition to cleaner and more sustainable energy.
The ability to manage solar projects successfully and sustainably across multiple global jurisdictions.

The courses are designed to benefit a wide range of people, including energy sector professionals, students, community leaders, entrepreneurs, and anyone interested in learning about renewable energy, energy efficiency, and sustainable solutions.

How Solar IT works?
- Four cohorts per year in January, March, August, and October
- Space for 35 students per cohort
- 8 weeks of intensive classes twice a week and personalized tutoring with our instructors
- Classes are in Spanish
Requirements
- Be 18 years or older and a resident of Puerto Rico
- Have access to a laptop computer
- Complete the application and upload all required documents
